IKEA - Employer branding

Working at IKEA isn’t just another job. The people working at IKEA know this, but how to convince the ones that don’t? That was the question IKEA was looking to answer. We identified the 5 most important values of working at IKEA and transformed them into an employer branding campaign that shows what working at IKEA is all about.

“Wat voor jou werkt, weet je zelf het beste” translates to “you know best what works best for you.”. This multi-layered digital campaign speaks to anyone that is looking for a job with value that transcends the paycheck. Whether it’s making social impact, working in a safe and inclusive environment or a place to express your creative work mindset. IKEA provides the opportunities, it’s up to you to make it work.

Employer Value Propositions

We identified the 5 main reasons why employees love to work at IKEA: social impact, DE&I, personal development, room for creativity and the working conditions. For each of these EVP’s (employer value propositions) we created a set of tailor made digital assets that would appeal to these values in non-IKEA employees.
